13 Celsius Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

13 Celsius Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in the world-renowned region of Marlborough, New Zealand.

This wine is pure and expressive. Vibrant aromas include citrus, lychee and sweet herbs. Thanks to the refined acidity there is a refreshing crispness to be enjoyed with every sip.

It is also an incredibly food-friendly wine and can accompany a vast range of dishes. The perfect compliment to our usually warm climate, a chilled glass of 13 Celsius Sauvignon Blanc would be welcome on any spring or summer day.

Spirit of the Month:

Macchu Pisco

Macchu Pisco is made 100% from the Quebranta grape in Peru. Roughly 10 pounds of grapes go into making each bottle using labour-intensive copper pot still distillation.

Aromas are light on the nose, with hints of vanilla and lime peel. Flavours are a bit more complex, including white pepper, yuzu and cinnamon. The finish is short and has a peppery bite that leaves you ready for another sip.

This award-winning spirt is a delicious base for the iconic Pisco Sour cocktail.

We’re still growing!

Just 6 months ago we were celebrating the huge milestone of achieving 10 years in business and recognising all of the incredible growth that came with it… Well, as it turns out, we’re not done growing yet!

As you already know, we are opening a new retail location “Out East”, in the Cotton Tree Plaza. With that our team is expanding and, as of today, 4 new employees have joined our work family! So if you see a new face on your next visit to one of our locations, be sure to say “hi”!

We have also had some exciting internal changes. Our General Manager Stefon Lockhart has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, and our Sales & Marketing Manager Joanne Robertson has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development, with Kyle Jones now operating as the Senior Vice President.
