Bon Vivants is the first true cocktail bar in The Bahamas dedicated solely to the art and history of the craft cocktail. It was founded in 2019 and is co-owned by Young’s Fine Wine President, Will, and Vice President, Kyle.

Kyle has worked in some of the premier NYC establishments, including the prestigious Jean-Georges Spice Market. Drawing on his impressive experience and passion for craft cocktails, Kyle has created bar menus for some of the top restaurants here in The Bahamas. He has worked with local establishments such as Grand Hyatt (Baha Mar), Rosewood (Baha Mar), Kamalame Cay (Andros), Island House (New Providence), The Cove (Eleuthera), and The Other Side (Eleuthera).

Whether it is helping to draw up your initial bar plans, creating cocktail menus, suggesting industrial equipment or barware, procuring liquor lists, batching cocktails, margin pricing or training staff/management, Kyle and his Bon Vivants team are the go-to group in The Bahamas to talk to for you next bar project!
