OUR STORY
Young’s Fine Wine is a Bahamian importer, distributor and retailer of wines and spirits, serving unparalleled quality glass after glass.
Founded in 2011 by husband and wife team, William and Laura Young, the Bahamian company has grown quickly, from humble beginnings to a catalogue including a number of premium products. With growth has come a team that’s more like family, and clientele that’s more like old friends.
PRODUCT CARE
At Young’s, maintaining the quality of every product is paramount. For wine, this means that every shipment is delivered directly from the cellars to our warehouse in temperature-controlled containers and maintained at an ideal temperature of 60°F. This is to ensure that every bottle, every glass, every delectable drop, retains its quality and integrity. Our goal is to provide an experience that is as close to drinking it straight from the vineyard as possible.
CURATED PRODUCTS
At Young’s, we value relationships with each and every one of our partners. Wine, in particular, is an ever evolving and changing experience. We are closely involved with our producers, visit their vineyards frequently, and hand pick each selection that satisfies the
specific demands of our local and foreign clients. We take this same care when selecting which craft spirits to include in our portfolio and we pride ourselves on offering a collection of unique and exceptional products.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
While creating waste as a business seems almost inevitable, we do our best to reduce our carbon footprint, wherever possible.
Our Warehouse roof is fitted with solar panels to help generate power, and we have electric delivery vans in our fleet.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Young’s Fine Wine has a deep connection to the local community, having partnered with various local charities such as Hands for Hunger, the Bahamas Humane Society, YESI and the Rotary Clubs of The Bahamas. The company has arranged and participated in beach clean-ups in New Providence and has an ongoing commitment to BREEF to donate funds raised by sales of Murphy Goode Wine.
