Wine Of The Month: Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon

With past vintages earning a 95-point score from Wine Enthusiast, this full-bodied and robust ruby-red wine is widely considered to be among the very best Cabernet Sauvignons in Paso Robles.

Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon features aromas of blackcurrants and cherries on the nose, along with subtle smoky and spicy notes. The pallet is bold and rich, with flavours of vanilla, dark fruit, and notes of roasted coffee.
